Pro frame menu: 🔒 Lock/Unlock (locked = anchored to your frame;
unlocked = move/resize it freely) · Speed · 📚 Swap video (your library, in AR).
Videos with marks (tagged in the desktop library) show chips along the
pro frame's bottom: tap one to freeze there, tap two to loop between
them, ▶ Full for the whole swing.
Controller: trigger grab a frame · stick resize/push-pull ·
A recenter · B latency.
Hands (when enabled): look at a frame and pinch-drag to move; up close,
pinch a corner to resize.
